In the above table the cost of electicity, water, gas, final cleaning, bed linen, towels (except beach towels) and all taxes are included. Arrival and departure dates can be any days. The minimum stay is given in the above table.

There is an additional charge of 90 Euros for central gas heating if required. If pets are allowed and you bring your dog with you there is cost of 50 Euro per stay and a refundable deposit of 200 Euros.

 

The rule applies to objects with the following air conditioning system (if as per item description otherwise listed):

The use of air conditioning/electric heating is metered. On your arrival and departure day, we read with you from the meter. If the consumption is above the amount included in the rent (150 kw per week), so for this consumption of an additional payment in cash on spot (0.15 € per kw) . In a normal power consumption can be expected at 100-200 kw per week.

On your arrival day you have the property from 4 pm. On your departure day you need to leave the property by 12 o'clock. Quite often, if the property is vacant prior to your arrival then special arrangements can be made.

On booking we require a deposit of 30 % and full payment 6 weeks before your arrival. Your key will be given to you by one of our employees on your arrival at the meeting point.

We pride ourselves in keeping our availability charts up to date. If however you are more comfortable in confirming any information by telephone or email we will respond straight away. If you wish to book the property, please complete our booking form which you will find above ("book now"). A helpful feature of the booking form is that your total cost is calculated for you.

We will confirm your booking and send you details of our bank into which you can transfer your deposit within 5 days. If your arrival date is within 6 weeks of booking you will need to send full payment straight away. We will not usually send written confirmation of receipt of your deposit since this is provided by your bank. We will however send written confirmation of final payment at the same time as additional details for your arrival.
