In a quiet narrow lane, in the old part of Cómpeta lies approx. a 300 years old traditional and very cosy townhouse. Cómpetas main square, which is called Plaza Almijara is approx. 3 minutes by foot away. There are numerous Restaurants, Bars, Shops, an Art Gallery and Banks.

The house was sympathetically restored and modernised retaining its original features approx. 1,5 years ago. Today the village house extends over 2 floors + roof terrace and 2 balconies and has approximately 60 square meter plus 20 square meter roof terrace. Details are shown on the floor plan.
